How do I place an Online Order?
  1. Locate an item you are interested in purchasing.
  2. Place the item in a shopping cart by clicking the Add to cart button.
  3. Item is now placed in a cart and you will be re-directed back into the store.
  4. To see your cart, click the Shopping Basket icon on top menu, right.
  5. Ready to check out? Click the Shopping Basket and follow the instructions.
Is my Information Kept on File?

Information concerning your name, address, and user name that you complete during registration is kept in a database file on our secure server. Passwords are encrypted and cannot be seen by our employees. Payment information is not stored or retrievable on our website. We forward all payment services to PayPal.

Do you offer Discounts on Items?

We post Discount Coupon Codes for up to 25% off or Free Shipping (when orders qualify) on the Home Page and Coupon Page. View our Discount Coupon area before you check out. Enter your discount coupon at the time of checkout; one coupon per order. We also have a Bargain Bin category for sale items that can be found on the Shop and Home pages.

What is your Normal Processing Time?

Normal processing time for order shipment is usually two business days or less; sometimes longer if the site’s owners are on travel.

What type of Shipping Services do you offer?

Below are the shipping methods we can offer to USA customers:

Can you Ship Internationally?

We ship to a limited amount of countries outside the USA. If during checkout the country you need an order ship to is not offered, please contact us. Below are the shipping methods we can offer to our International customers:

  • First Class Mail International
  • Priority Mail International
Do you have Rush Service?

We do offer RUSH SERVICE! Rush Orders have a $25.00 processing fee plus shipping costs. Depending upon the time of day the order is placed, the average processing time for Rush Orders is within 24 hours of payment and is dependent upon the shipping service. Due to logistics, Rush Orders usually ship USPS Express Mail. Contact us before placing a Rush Order if you need another shipping carrier. We will do whatever we can to get you your order when and where you need it!

Is there a Minimum Order Amount?

To checkout your Order Subtotal must equal or exceed $25.00.

What type of Payments do you Accept?

We accept credit cards and check payments through PayPal. Credit cards and checks are processed through PayPal, and shipped to payee’s verified PayPal address. Please contact us if your shipping address will be different from your verified PayPal address prior to purchase.

Returns

What is your Return Policy?

All sales are final unless we made the mistake. If you received the wrong item please let us know within 24 hours of receipt so we may correct it for you. To see our terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations, please go here.

Is my Order Insured?

Please purchase insurance at checkout. If you choose not to purchase insurance, then your items are not insured against damage or theft while in transit. Please consider having your order insured.

Can Discount Coupons be applied towards eBay purchases?

Nope. Sorry, but when we sell on eBay, we are selling items at the absolute lowest price. eBay sales and website sales are seperate transactions.

Is combine shipping for eBay auctions and website orders available?

Yes, but you must contact us BEFORE you purchase so we can send you an estimated shipping amount.

Do you Accept Trades or Consignments?

We do not accept Trades, Barters or Consignments.

Do you Purchase Collections?

We have purchased many collections over the years and this has added to the majority of our inventory. However, we are not currently purchasing collections or individual items.

Why Do You Sell Damaged and As-Is Labels?

Damaged and As-Is labels are typically rarer labels. Collectors might utilize them as placeholders or ‘spacers’ within their collection while anticipating a better-condition replacement, while artists might acquire these labeled items for use in découpage projects.

Why Are Your Product Images Stock Images?

Because we cannot scan thousands and thousands of labels, all product images are stock images unless a link to actual item photos is provided on the product’s page. If you request an actual image of the label you want to buy, send us a request, and we will do our best to get it to you in a reasonable amount of time. Because people sell images of labels, we only forward low-resolution images that look terrible if you try to print them. In our experience, if someone requests an image of a label in Good to As-Is condition, they usually do not purchase it. If you are seeking labels in Mint to Mint-Near condition only, kindly refrain from purchasing any items graded lower. This will help us save time and avoid the expenses associated with potential returns, which may not be processed regardless. Please refrain from selective picking.
